2009 KACDE T-Shirt Orders

Please take time to read these instructions to ensure proper delivery of your t-shirts.

1. Send Your ORDER FORM ONLY to Valley Apparel. Do NOT send payment to Valley Apparel & Signs.  They will accept mail & faxed orders at:

2. When orders are shipped, they will send an invoice to KACDE.

3. Valorie Floyd will send individual Conservation Districts their bill for the shirts.

4. Payment will need to be made to KACDE.

5. Mail your Payment to KACDE to the address below:
