Cookin' in the Country Cookbook $15 each
Featuring over 300 recipes from Kentucky Conservation District Employees and Partners. Includes historical photos of agriculture in Kentucky, along with nutritional data and history of KACDE. These cookbooks make excellent gifts for family members and friends.
Cookin' in the Country Cookbook Update We are still taking orders for cookbooks. Mother's Day will be coming up in May and this will be a great gift to provide for those favorite moms in your life. We also have two updates for cookbooks printed in 2006:

These changes have been made and are included in the cookbooks starting January 1, 2007.
Did you know that you can substitute sugar for Splenda and brown sugar for Splenda Brown Sugar to make your dish healthier? Two examples would be the Great Grape Salad by Joy Edwards and the Chocolate Gravy by Don Basham. For the GGS, use fat free products and Splenda to make a delightful treat that even diabetics can try. For the CG, replace sugar with Splenda. Note that you use the same amount of Splenda as you would for sugar, but for Splenda Brown Sugar, you go by what its package says. Happy Cooking!
